Abstract
PumpRadar.space is a multi-chain real-time market intelligence platform that surfaces early pump signals and whale wallet activity through an art-driven visual interface. The platform aggregates on-chain data from 7+ blockchains — Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Base, and Polygon — applying proprietary anomaly detection to identify high-probability momentum events.
Unlike traditional crypto dashboards that overwhelm users with tabular data, PumpRadar.space presents market intelligence as a living visual experience, inspired by Japanese contemporary art: Neo Ukiyo-e, Murakami Pop, Kintsugi philosophy, and Kusama pattern theory.

Problem Statement
2.1 Information Overload
The average DeFi trader monitors 4–12 platforms simultaneously: DEX aggregators, wallet trackers, price charts, social feeds, and on-chain explorers. This fragmentation causes decision fatigue and missed opportunities.
2.2 Signal-to-Noise Ratio
Most existing tools surface raw data without contextual filtering. A whale movement only matters in context with volume, price action, and social momentum. Current platforms treat these as separate data streams.
2.3 UX as an Afterthought
Crypto dashboards are functionally powerful but visually hostile — dense tables optimized for anxiety rather than clarity. The human visual system processes patterns and metaphors faster than numbers. PumpRadar.space leverages this biological advantage.

Solution Architecture
3.1 Data Ingestion Layer
PumpRadar connects to blockchain nodes and indexed APIs via WebSocket streams. Data is normalized into a unified schema and passed to the Signal Engine in real-time with sub-5-second latency.
3.2 Signal Engine
A multi-factor scoring system evaluates each token every block cycle. Inputs include: 30-minute volume deviation from 7-day rolling average, wallet concentration Gini coefficient, large transaction clustering, and social velocity index.
3.3 Rendering Layer
Signal outputs drive the visual art layer directly. Pump score → ring pulse intensity. Whale score → gold shimmer frequency. Dual signal → rainbow conic gradient activation. All visual parameters are data-derived, not decorative.

Signal Methodology
4.1 Pump Signal Detection
A pump signal fires when: volume is ≥3.5× the 7-day rolling average; price moved >4% in the last 30 minutes; and buy/sell ratio exceeds 1.7:1 across tracked DEX pairs. Signals are scored 0–100 and visualized proportionally.
4.2 Whale Wallet Tracking
Wallets are classified as "whale" when holdings exceed $500,000 in a single token. Alerts fire when a tracked wallet accumulates ≥2% of circulating supply in under 24 hours, or executes a single DEX transaction >$50,000.
4.3 Dual Signal Convergence
Fires when pump score ≥70 AND whale activity score ≥60 are simultaneously active on the same token within a 15-minute window. Historically correlated with the highest short-term price velocity in our backtested dataset (Q1 2023 – Q1 2026).

Tokenomics
The $PUMP utility token is planned for TGE in Q4 2026. Used for premium signal tier access, governance voting, and staking for whale alert priority. Total supply: 100,000,000 $PUMP.
Section 6.0
Security & Privacy
PumpRadar.space operates as a read-only data aggregation platform. No wallet connection is required for core functionality. No private keys, seed phrases, or signing permissions are ever requested or stored.
Wallet tracking is performed on publicly available on-chain data only. Premium features use OAuth 2.0 with no on-chain signature requirements. All API endpoints are rate-limited and authenticated. Infrastructure runs on distributed edge nodes with DDoS mitigation.
Section 7.0
Governance
Post-TGE, PumpRadar transitions to DAO governance. $PUMP holders with ≥1,000 tokens can submit proposals. Voting is snapshot-based (no gas required). Quorum requires 10% of circulating supply. Proposals passing ≥60% approval are enacted within 7 days.
Governance scope: signal threshold parameters, new chain additions, fee structure for premium tiers, and treasury allocation.
